Dearest Tan Republic Member;

We sincerely hope and pray that you are all doing well, taking care of yourself and doing your part to help end the pandemic as we are.. We appreciate the tough decisions that our government has made to protect us and ensure all social distancing and sanitation guidelines can easily happen. Each of our locations are locally owned and operated whom themselves are striving everyday to make it through this time to take care of their families, staff, and to have a great place to come back to when this is over. We span across 5 states all with different rules and regulations between 30 different franchise owners. Below is the basic information to provide you with great customer satisfaction: 

 

If your location is closed:

  • And you would like to continue to support us and continue your draft, Tan Republic in return will give you your first month back with access to all services the store has to offer and ½ off any bottle of lotion. This is voluntary only and you must email your franchise location: https://www.tanrepublic.com/locations/  We thank you from the bottom of our heart if you would like to do this promotion. 
  • Every session and monthly package will be extended for at least the time period your location is closed. 
  • All active memberships have been frozen in place until the location re-opens. If any adjustment needs made to your tanning account, please contact your local store and arrangements can be made. https://www.tanrepublic.com/locations/ 

If your location is open: 

  • Please follow all signage and practice “Social Distancing” by remaining at least 6 feet away from other tanners and staff. 
  • At this time, all stores will be cashless, but luckily we support all NFC payment types to make it a contactless transaction (i.e Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
  • Please allow extra wait time when staff are preparing a bed, as cleaning practices have changed. We use EPA-Approved Disinfectants for all beds and touch-points in the room, but we need this extra time to make the room ready for you.
  • We will freeze anyones memberships for up to two months for $0, for when you feel comfortable to come and see us again. 
  • If more than 10 people enter a location at one time you will be asked to respectfully come back at another time. 

We love our customers, locally owned business owners and staff. It is our only goal to make sure each and every customer is satisfied and each does their part to be responsible to follow all guidelines so we too can help end this pandemic together.
