IF YOU’RE THINKING OF CANCELLING YOUR BRONZE WITHOUT BORDERS MEMBERSHIP

The need to cancel subscriptions or memberships arises from time to time for all of us. Sometimes it’s a matter of not using what we’d signed up for as much as we thought we would, other times it’s simply the result of needing to trim the budget.

Whatever the reason, it’s often a challenging decision to make. After all, there’s a reason why we signed up in the first place!

Which is why at Tan Republic we want to make it as easy as possible to keep your membership, so that when things get back to where you can tan again, you’re able to seamlessly pick up right where you left off.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Bronze Without Borders tanning memberships allow you to tan at any of our locations in 7 western states (for now – but we are still growing!): Washington, Oregon, Nevada, California, Utah, Idaho and Arizona.

We’ve created the BWB membership to be as easy as possible for you to join, have your low monthly payments deducted automatically without having to think about it, and of course to ensure that you’re always treated as a VIT – Very Important Tanner!

Our membership program is one the best in the business, providing you amazing deals and discounts and member-only perks all year long.

And that’s probably why you signed up initially, right?

IT’S UNFORTUNATE, BUT…

So here’s the thing – if you really need to cancel, we understand and we’re sorry to see you go.

You can cancel as stated in the terms & conditions on the contract, by sending your cancellation notice in via E-mail to your location -

As a reminder, this will serve as a 30 day notice of cancellation, after which time you unfortunately will not be able to tan with us anymore. You may, however, sign up for a new membership at any time and will be required to pay dues upon reinstatement of your account to begin tanning with us again.

 

BUT BEFORE YOU GO THERE ARE A COUPLE OF THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:

  1. Our membership prices are subject to change, and at most of our locations if you sign up again (for example, at the start of the next tanning season when you’re thinking about sunshine again) after cancelling, the price for the same membership may be higher.

  2. We offer a Freeze program* which allows you to freeze your membership for a very low monthly fee, which gives you time to take care of the pressing issues that often do come up for all of us, but without losing your membership. So that when you’re able to come tanning again, you can just restart your membership at the same price you had before! How convenient is that, right?

*Freeze program at participating locations only and may not be available in all regions. Please check with your local Tan Republic for more information and availability.

We’ve built Tan Republic by providing world class tanning with local smiles and service, and we want to do everything possible to ensure that you have the best tanning experience that money can buy.

If for any reason you’re feeling like there’s something that we can improve, we’d love to hear from you and we will do everything possible to make you a happy tanner once again.

But most of the time when we hear from our beautiful tanning customers that they need to cancel, the reason for cancelling is a financial one. And we understand that can be hard.

That’s why we created the Freeze program* for those times when money is tight, but you want to keep your tanning privileges for the future, keep your upgrades and lower rate.

Before you decide, stop by your favorite location and talk with one of our tanning staff – they’ll be more than happy to help you find a solution that works for you and your budget in the long and short term!
